Defective Items are replaced at no cost to you. Items damaged in shipment we ask that you first contact UPS.
You must email or phone us for a Return Authorization Number and Instructions in all cases.
We give you 15 days from date the product was received to request a return for any reason, with the exceptions already noted above, for exchange or return. We will consider returns up to 30 days. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
